Who handles your information

Andy Robbins, the person behind No Cost Pest Control and the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can contact me using the contact form.

Enquiries

I collect your name, email address or telephone number, site location and the information you provide about the land, your connection to it and the pest problem. I use this to reply and, where we agree to proceed, to keep track of the pest control arrangements. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing those arrangements.

Information about the land and access arrangements is treated as private. I don't use enquiry details for advertising or sell them to anyone.

Keeping and sharing information

I keep the information only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, any ongoing arrangements or relevant records. The services used to host the website and deliver messages may process information on my behalf.

This website

This site does not add advertising cookies or analytics. Images, styles and the mapping software used on the area covered page are served with the website. The hosting service may keep technical access logs.

Area map

The area covered page uses map tiles provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF). When you view the map, your browser connects directly to OSMF's servers. OSMF may receive technical information including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and the date and time of the request. I use the map to show the general area I cover. OSMF acts as an independent data controller for its services. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for more information.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the contact form and processes technical information for that purpose. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask what information I hold about you and request corrections or deletion where applicable. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
