Rats

Rat control for farms and equestrian yards

For regular rat activity around agricultural buildings, stables and livestock areas.

Where rats become a problem

Rats can contaminate feed, damage buildings and equipment, and exploit food and shelter around livestock housing, stores, yards and waste areas.

Targeted rat control

Where rat activity is predictable and the layout allows it, shooting can be a useful way of reducing numbers. A moderated air rifle is particularly useful around animals and occupied buildings because it keeps noise and disturbance to a minimum.

Rat control is often best carried out after dark using night vision equipment. Any carcasses are collected and removed after the visit.

I don't provide domestic rat control, poisoning, trapping or proofing services.
